- Building an E2E 2nd Mortgage Loan Origination System with capability for Brokers to create loan application, submit tasks and get them verified via third party checks (Credit, AML, Land Registry) and built-in Rule Engine, Risk Engine, and other Back-end components and then underwritten by the Lenders side and at the end, allow customers to e-Sign the application and get the disbursement seamlessly.
- The portal is designed with a customer-centric journey to streamline the lending process, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate and secure management of second-charge mortgage portfolios.
- Also, there are set of APIs endpoints in place for integration between Brokerage and Lenders to seamlessly create loan applications.
